Buffets for groups at Van der Valk Hotel Gorinchem
For groups of 30 people or more, we offer various buffets including a domestic drinks package based on a 2 or 3-hour stay. We are happy to accommodate any dietary requirements, so please inform us in advance.
Toucan buffet

The Toucan buffet can be expanded with a chocolate fountain for €2.50 per person.
Valk buffet
Where three dishes are prepared live for you. You have a choice of the following during the buffet:
Diverse species of birds
Salad buffet
Various hot dishes (4 pieces)
Butcher's shop
Fish market
Various pasta dishes
Various cold dishes
Children's menu (optional)
Dessert buffet
To be reserved from 40 people and including a 2-hour drinks package.
The Valk buffet can be expanded with a chocolate fountain for €2.50 per person.

Where our chef likes to surprise you with a world cuisine in handheld size. You choose 7 dishes to compose the dinner, you have the following options:
Mini carpaccio with truffle mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and croutons
Oysters kamikaze with ginger, spring onion, red pepper, soy sauce, and kaffir lime.
Marinated salmon with red beet, gin, orange, and pearl couscous
Tuna tataki with mango, wasabi mayonnaise, and cucumber
Veal with creamy tuna sauce
Tomato soup with green herb oil
Shrimp cocktail with apple and whiskey sauce
Mini burger with tomato salsa
Mini sandwich with crispy chicken, mango, and sriracha

Our chefs, together with their team, prepare delicious à la minute dishes, a wide range of meat and fish dishes, and there is plenty of choice for vegetarians. Of course, a good dessert cannot be missed either! Therefore, we present you with a delightful dessert buffet.
