Be surprised by our Chef's Choice Dinner, specially composed for groups who want to enjoy a culinary and relaxed evening together. Our chef serves a selection of refined hand-sized dishes, allowing you to taste different flavors and creations.

For groups of 20 or more people, we serve the Chef’s Choice Dinner including a domestic beverage arrangement based on 3 hours. Of course, we are happy to accommodate any dietary preferences; we kindly ask you to inform us of these in advance.

Our chef surprises you with a world cuisine in a handy format. You select 7 dishes to compose the dinner; you can choose from:

  • Mini carpaccio with truffle mayonnaise, Parmesan, and croutons

  • Kamikaze oysters with ginger, spring onion, red pepper, soy, and kaffir lime

  • Marinated salmon with beetroot, gin, orange, and pearl couscous

  • Tuna tataki with mango, wasabi mayonnaise, and cucumber

  • Vitello tonnato, veal mousse with creamy tuna cream

  • Tomato soup with green herb oil

  • Shrimp cocktail with apple and whiskey sauce

  • Mini burger with tomato salsa

  • Mini sandwich crispy chicken, mango, and sriracha

  • Salmon fillet with gremolata and Hollandaise sauce
