Every Saturday evening, experience the atmosphere and flavors of our Live Cooking buffet, where our chefs prepare the most delicious dishes à la minute for you. Enjoy a varied selection of fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes. Between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m., you can take a seat at the table with a drink, after which the buffet will be opened by the chef at 6:00 p.m. Various dishes are prepared live for you, and there is also an extensive buffet waiting for you, including various hot and cold dishes, salads, soup, and poké bowls. During dinner, we serve unlimited coffee, tea, soft drinks, house wine, and draft beer. From 8:00 p.m., we serve a delicious dessert buffet. We also cater to our youngest Valk visitors, who can color or watch a movie in our cozy children's corner. With a number of children's dishes such as pancakes and chicken nuggets, we ensure that our young guests also have a fantastic experience.
