The bootcamp begins with a reception and a tasty lunch at Van der Valk Hotel Gorinchem-A15. After lunch, our host gives an introduction to the bootcamp. Then, the group moves to the nearby Linge Bos, where the bootcamp takes place. During the bootcamp, participants will engage in various exercises and challenges, which not only promotes physical fitness but also strengthens team spirit.
